Hoping some RTTS features finds it way into Franchise

With the franchise stream looming and the revelation of RTTS features. I feel as though some of those RTTS features will give the franchise mode a much needed jump start.

    Current RTTS Features

We already have have the "Road to the Show" report, which is a cool little On Screen Display(OSD) which needs to be expanded and feature not just hot, but cold, errors, pitching streaks, and manager/coach performance.

Player Lock not seen as a RTTS feature but that is the origin of the feature.

RTTS features that I would like to make the jump

Top 100 Prospects Scouting should feature "ARCHETYPES" This is only a potential cliff note as his archetype can change through play or injury. This is only for the top 100 hundred because for the most part they are the most scrutinize.

Just think of this way, already in the RTTS mode, you have to choose an archetype and try to go down that path to the SHOW, Your prospect is trying to make it to the Show, they are synonymous in nature.

PERSONALITIES, "lighting rod, captain, maverick, and heart and soul", this to me is a no brainer for franchise having this work in conjunction with "MORALE" should already be in franchise. I'm not saying bring the perks with it, just the effects of personalities.

Interactions with the manager/coaches about playing time, trade request, and call ups, send downs ect... through those same dialogue boxes and choices you now see in RTTS. This is how you use those dialogue boxes as part of the "morale" feature. Player not happy with his role, he wants to talk to the manager, they have a heart to heart. The manager promises his role will increase/change and it does the players morale goes from to after the dialogue box interaction takes place. If his role actually increase in game time, you will see his morale go from .

These are just a few of the RTTS features that should be part of the Franchise mode, in my opinion.

Players in the Minors that are on the 40 man roster, there needs to be a prompt to play as those players in a player lock RTTS environment. You get the full RTTS experience, including challenges.

After the draft and signing your players, you should also be able to play as those players in an RTTS environment.

Now when you look at your depth chart and see your overall position ranking, you can also influence the overall ranking by playing games in the minors at those positions.

I would at least like to have batting practice before the game.

It would be cool to get to play as that player in a crucial time like "Call up Moments or protect yourself from being sent down, hitting streaks, maintain a fielding percentage, keeping the batting average above the Mendoza line, keeping the confidence of the pitcher. Imagine having to keep your pitchers confidence in the 75 percent or above for an entire game or he looses some attribute points, or keeping a batter above .275 BA for a game. These could be great challenges and your reward may be some good audio unlockables that are geared toward the challenge.
