I will do my best to keep this short n sweet. Every year a friend of mine n myself pick up the latest rendition of the show, simply put, it is by far the best video game I have ever played n I am an older dude, 47 to be exact. Before I start I want to say I do not watch or follow or ply baseball but this game is off the charts.
Here we go, online team-play/online co-op, please put this back in the game, what is the downside of having an online game of 2v2 ? I never get an answer on this. The game used to have this feature and it was fantastic. Now the only option we have is to use the shareplay feature which has been our savior over the last 3 or 4 years but we are stuck playing against the AI which is good but playing in a league or just jamming against two other friends would be much more fun.
We just finished another full season n got bounced in the NLCS. It was a great season but a crushing defeat especially since I was the one that got rocked on the mound in the 8th for a 3 run HR, a couple of days after we now laugh at our heartbroken reaction.
Please put the feature back in, I know from my friends list alone you would have more people purchasing the game, if not, they won't even bother, it will be just us two vs the Ai. Agian, what is the downside if implementing this. Funny thing, during one of the loading screens it clearly shows a co-op screen and what colors coincide with what players you will be.
