The ability to edit the manager/coaches, OR create my own. I've requested this for a decade, and so far; nothing.

I just don't like when the manager/coaches have the wrong numbers, or as a Yankee fan, when they have beards. I know you can fire them and hire new ones, but they never have the right numbers.

I would love the ability to edit the coaches just like a player. Select a number, sleeves, pant style.....and with the way current managers dress these days (Aaron Boone, Alex Cora, etc) maybe the ability to select a jacket or sweatshirt...less and less managers are actually wearing the jersey.

I also do not like how the bench coach has never been represented in the game.

I just think it would be cool and add to more realism; and because every year the coaches seem to be wrong.

Since you asked and I’m too greedy to choose one...

A manager/coaching system where they make a tangible impact and players retire to become coaches and managers coming through the minor league system.

Players standing out of the dugout at the big moments in a game.

A player stat screen that shows the entire league. Currently it’s restricted by club.

Ability to give a player a bullpen and hitting session with the coach each week where a player who’s in a slump can be given a boost. You control the player but the coach gives you tips on how to improve at the same time as giving the player a chance for a morale boost.

Speaking of morale, much more depth and the ability to have a conversation with a player.

Scheduling stuff, of course....

Stadium builder or team creator. Not sure which I'd value more. Kind of see them as a package deal anyway.
