Manager Settings

I haven't played a baseball game in a long time but I was wondering what settings for managers there are in The Show?

I would like to play a more 80's-90's style of baseball with less strikeouts, more stolen bases and less HR.

Just wondering if there are settings for each team/manager that would help that in franchise mode.

Managers don't really do anything in this game but if you look in the slider forum you might be able to find something close to what you are looking for
