Well I am having a blast with the new RTTS in 19 ,to me it is the best RTTS experience to date I having been playing since 2010. Such a great variety of hits and improved fielding , game play and general excitement of the crowds and sounds of the game is awesome so Kudos to SDS. To all the haters of 19 I sorry for your terrible experience but on my PS4 Pro with 4k this is a major step for RTTS and into the future. JMHO !!!!

Does anyone know if you can see club transactions during the offseason in RTTS?

Could you even see this sort of thing in 18 The Show?

Finally got the game and there's some things that I have noticed.

If you import your character from The Show 17 to 18 to 19, 19 will prompt you that your import character requires 1 year of progress in 18. Now I'm experimenting on simming a character until the end of season and post season, save, import to 18, sim to off season and spring training and then try import to 19. I could try to sim til end of season on 18 but the permanent attribute sucks because of the max cap in 18.

No SHOWTIME meter. I guess this was replace by the Personality Perk system. There goes my crutch.

I thought the same thing, but apparently they have showtime as one of the perks you can select.(it's under the lightning rod path). The only thing that bothers me with this is I envisioned my player as on the heart and soul path. I haven't made a call yet as to if I'm going to go for the showtime crutch or just try different boosts and be truer to the roleplaying side of things.

Funny you mention that I haven't seen it but maybe I am not looking at the correct section. But I haven't got to the off season yet so it is probably there I would think.

Maybe I was confused a bit, but I thought with the use of Stubs I can upgrade my attributes to a 99 in this years version like the past versions....... but I don’t see an option on how to spend stubs directly on attribute increases 🤬🤬🤬🤬

You have use your stubs for equipment ect to upgrade your attributes like you had to do last year in 18

I have a minor annoyance to report when carrying over my MLB 18 RTTS save files into MLB 19 and that was that almost all of my attributes for all my RTTS players were capped in MLB 19 whereas they are not capped in MLB 18. So it appears that for the first month or two of the season with my various RTTS characters that I will need to use all of my training sessions increasing the various attribute CAPs meaning for many categories I won't ever be allowed to improve on them with my game play performances until I get a chance to raise the CAPs. Not sure if this was triggered by the new player archetypes or something else is in play here. Now this is not a show stopper, all of my RTTS players are all now playing at the MLB level and they all have decent skills to be still competitive in the games.

PS: I am enjoying the enhanced presentations of MLB 19 and am also enjoying the slightly better hitting and fielding mechanics of this release. So I am in no way disappointed with my MLB 19 purchase. It should be a fun year.

I was having a great day at the Bowman Scouting Day game , that was pretty cool and the final score was 20-15 and we won, nice pitching teams !!!

Anybody know how to start an rtts game with it simming to your appearance? I keep having to remember to select an option. Does this make sense? I'm sick and on cough meds, so it may not.
