            I honestly only played it once and thought, "Heh, at least they put the sound from RBI Baseball in it." Then only played it once more to get the trophies. I'll probably play it one more time this year for the trophy as well.

                I think I used it once last year but it’s not the way i like to play the game on a regular basis.

                        I’ve honestly never tried it, and don’t intend to, and this is coming from someone when grew up playing R.B.I. and Bases Loaded on the NES.

                        I love retro games in general (the arcade classics like Pac Man, Street Fighter, etc.), but not when it comes to sports games. Just give me the latest and greatest.

                                My son and I will sometimes fire it up to play a quick relaxing game. He's getting pretty good now when playing normally so we haven't played retro mode in months. Still good for a no hassle quick game.

                                    I try it every now and again and typically make it about 2-3 innings before quitting. Just not for me.

                                    That being said, I actually really like the fielding camera and I use Retro as my fielding camera when I play (but I use auto fielding so I don't know if it is any good or not if you don't use auto).

                                        No. I'm a fan of making things as realistic and true to real life as possible.

                                        I'm not going to rag on it for those that do enjoy a more arcade style experience; it's just not for me. I don't get excited by games that include gimmicks like retro mode, big head mode, mincraft/fortnite style characters, etc.

                                        But I don't want them removed from the game. Let those who enjoy them play them, and I'll just not play the modes I don't enjoy. That way, everyone is happy!
