My guess is bc these freebies are for mlb the show 19, there's literally no place for them to download to, so they won't until the game is installed. That would just be my guess though. The free theme you can download right now though. Just go to settings, themes, and then scroll down to the mlb the show 19 theme and hit download

Ok I am officially baffled by this. I entered all the 'MLB 19: Countdown to Launch' codes yesterday and was immediately able to download the dynamic theme. The codes for the stubs and 10 pack just said something like "code accepted" but there was nothing to download. I assume that once the game comes out I'll be able to get them (or am I missing something?). Here's where it gets weird...today I fired up MLB 18 to finish up a few things and I get a message that I have entitlements to claim (???), so I click and it tells me that I have a second Bryce Harper pre-order bonus card (I pre-ordered weeks ago and have already used this card quite a bit). I now have 2 of the same pre-order Bryce cards (both marked 'no sell' and can't be quick sold either) which is no big deal I guess but now I'm concerned that it mistakenly gave me this in place of one of my MLB 19 bonuses. It just seems too coincidental that this happened right after entering the MLB 19 codes. Has anybody else received a second Bryce Harper pre-order bonus card for MLB 18 or is it just me?

I got that extra Bryce card in '18 too. I hope there isn't an error in '19 because of this.

I entered the code from the website in the PS Store on my PS4, If you check your notifications you'll see it downloading, when It's done you can click it and it'll give you the option to apply or just go to Settings>themes and it should be there

The fact that it’s not available outside the US has nothing to do with SDS.

As far as I know, you will have access to the game the exact time that every other person in the world does.

Actually we do not for some weird reason and for the first time with MLB The Show us living in europe get it a day later the 27th, no one knows why and no one wants to explain the reasoning behind it.

I think because they were being abused with people claiming multiple codes they got from other users.

Probably because the game isn't out yet. Once you load the game in, they'll be available.

People have apparently been signing up with tons of different accounts in order to get hundreds of free packs, so SDS have taken it down apparently. No idea why they did it this way instead of just giving everyone the 10 packs and 1k stubs when they sign into the game, all that this did was leave it open to abuse and screw over the non-NA players who were ineligible for the codes.

So expect the market to be a bit broken on release with the cheats having hundreds of free packs to open.
