Is there any other modes for batting practice? Is it only the situational practice?

Just noticed the unlockable homerun calls (that's pretty cool). Does anyone know how they are used in franchise? Do they just automatically play at random once you unlock one? Or do you have to assign it?

        You have to assign them.

Found this in the MLB The Show Review article...

Budgets remain difficult as well. Adhering to the game’s wonky budget also yields a “Franchise Budget” section where you can buy extra money for free agents with Stubs. While maintaining a budget can be fun,*MLB The Show 19*unfortunately remains too messy to even bother with it. Turning off budget restrictions before starting a franchise remains the best option. Regardless, it is still tremendously fun to hunker down and take ownership of a team from top to bottom.
I think I'm just gonna turn budgets off and head into my franchise [emoji461]

How do you re sign your players in season? This was the one thing that bothered me ( that and unreal contracts ). I can't seem to find the area to bring that up. Seems it actually affects players morale also.

I'm told that happens twice per season and you get prompted to do so at those times.

You can do contract extension in season twice:

                * During Spring Training

                * During the Trade Deadline Prep Phase in July
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

They remain in RTTS no matter the year, so I’d guess franchise is the same.

Anyone know if the "First career homerun" glitch in 19? For those who don't know, in previous MLB The Shows you had to play out the very first at bat of all the opening day games or game otherwise if you hit a HR in Franchise mode it would always say 1st career HR in the stat overlay even though it wasn't a guys first career bomb.

How do rosters work in March to October?

Does it always start with the default March 2019 rosters, or do they automatically update with Live Rosters during the course of the year?

Or, what if I download a new Live Roster and then start?

After the past couple of patches, did they get rid of the flamethrow animation when a pitcher throws 95 or above in the scorebug? Saw it when the game first came out but haven’t seen it since the patches have been rolling out?

Nvm may just be an mlb network thing

I have vibration turned on and use analog fielding with throwing meter off. I'm pretty sure there used to be vibration when throwing to a base...after this last update, that little vibration is gone and feels weird that it's missing...can anybody else confirm? Just curious if it's isolated to me and something I may have changed in the settings?

Is there a way to play Play Now Live Roster games with any other presentation besides MLB Network? I get that it's "Powered by MLB Network"(Which based on past years I don't know if I'd want my brand attached to this mode) but it would be nice to be be able to switch the broadcast package since they're all so good this year.
