Any work around?

Im going to try and ask this again. Does amyone have a work around for the CPU not subbing in players in Spring Training games? You cant swith teams while game is going on. You could last year. This year the pause menu has changed. There is a lock on the switch teams icon. Am I doing something wrong or is there no fix unless it gets patched

You can switch teams while the game is going on...I've been doing it since the CPU won't change position players in Spring Training until a patch drops.

When the game gets back to the pitcher/batter sequence (hitting/pitching view you use) and prior to picking a pitch, press pause and you'll be able to switch teams.

That may be true with a played game. In MOM you cannot switch teams. I have hit pause as the pitcher is looking at the batter. It goes to the pause screen. Every tab is usable. Manage,Camera all work. Switch teams has a red lock on it

I don't know anything about MOM mode as I personally don't play it.
