Anyone have any tips to this. I just hit L2 and I always get got stealing. And yes I know the game, Im not stealing with guys who shouldn't be stealing. Any tips on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

When your runner in on first base, hold down the L2 trigger and release it as soon as the pitcher begins process to throw to batter. Try to inch off the base for better results. -

The count/situation matters a lot too, if its a fastball count you are more likely to get thrown out, I have found stealing more when the hitter is behind in the count is a better success rate as the pitcher is more likely to throw an off speed or breaking pitch to try and get me to chase, which in turn gives me a better steal opportunity. Also what the previous poster said is true too, if you really get good at timing the pitcher (watch his quirks) you can actually take off right before he goes into his delivery and not draw a pick off attemptComment
