    Outfield animation costing me

Almost all the flyballs to outfield are making my outfielders charge in then go back. Causing the delay to get to the ball. What should be routine outs are now doubles or triples due to this animation.

I’ve noticed this. It’s such an odd animation. The CPU hit a hr and my Right Fielder still charged in lol

What are the fielding ratings for the players charging in? Think that makes a lot more of a difference this year.

Also, has this happened with multiple controllers and are you sure you're not holding down on an analog stick when the ball is hit? I dunno which pitching mechanism you use.

Yes this is happening way too often right now. And to good fielders who aren't out of position. It only happens on balls where they have to track back though. Every other fielding situation seems to be working fine

I'm having the exact opposite problem. I haven't seen this animation once. I've been looking for it. I've been trying to coax it out. I have Outfield Errors set to 10. Still, I've yet to see it, even on low rated outfielders.

Yeah, not understanding the "charge in". That tells me the outfielders are off and sprinting in. I haven't seen it either.
