Bartolo, don’t want to sound like an a** but just before i read your post i was just checking that with sportslogos uniforms tracking and validating it with MLB.TV for those specific games. I had to check because me too i was under impression they were always using the front panel helmet with front panel cap.



For TB: they wore that cap twice with the baby blue jersey. Both they had the TB blue batting helmet. But when they have the Devils Rays throwback, then yes they had the Ray helmet ( same as cap)



For TOR : the wore the white panel twice with blue jersey. May 10th they had a blue helmet and may 25th they had that white panel batting helmet mentioned. Same with all white uniform. Twice they wore the white panel in may and once they had the all blue helmet and once they used the white panel one.



So everybody was right :-) SDS has to pick one of the 2 options.

Just checked the MLB At Bat highlights from the Rays Sunday home games vs the Astros (03/31) and the Red Sox (04/21) and they had the sting ray batting helmet in both of those games.

Just checked the MLB At Bat highlights from the Rays Sunday home games vs the Astros (03/31) and the Red Sox (04/21) and they had the sting ray batting helmet in both of those games.

Oh you’re right. My bad, sorry. So they should associate the new cap to the sting ray helmet.

Just an update. I believe the jays have recently added the white panel helmet and are now paired according. The Rays have always matched the navy stingray helmet with the navy stingray hat. It just happens they usually do it with the Sunday home light blues and with the Devil Ray throwback (which is historically incorrect, but technically 2018-19 correct). Keep adding. I don’t want to think we are the reason for these corrections, but it seems kind of odd that each year we produced these threads, it somehow gets changed...which I owe credit to us and scea for doing. I don’t want to sound egotistical or like a tool, but when gaining style guide access (please don’t ask how or question me), this thread got more pull.

Nationals BP hat should have the back of the hat as navy blue, not red.

So it should be: red brim, white panel, and blue back (not red)

The DBacks alternate Teal outline hat should also be accompanied by a teal outline helmet.

The game has the helmet as the standard one.

Only did a quick glance, but it doesn’t look like there were any uniform fixes in the latest patch.

Checked the Jays and Rays batting helmets for their alt caps and those are still incorrect.

Next time you’re on, let me know if the pirates Thursday home camo set is using plain white pants. I’m doing a home renovation and I don’t see me getting on again this week. Thanks

I just checked it, it’s white pants with a black (or maybe dark grey) piping down the side of the leg.

One more for you (appreciate the help) do the rays grays have a white outline around the names on the back of the jerseys? Watching them play at NY right now and just noticed it. They must have slid in that tweak this year when adding the stingray to both blue jerseys.

No, they do not have the white outline around the names in The Show.

Noticed with the Rays sting ray hat, when its paired with their current unis it has their current TB helmet. When it’s paired with the ‘98 throwbacks, it has the ‘98 Devil Rays helmet.

It looks like it doesn’t have a helmet paired, but is dependent on the jersey picked.

Interesting, i tested same kind of thing with Jays white panel cap. I used the throwback (white panel) uniform and switched the cap to the new one added on last patch. Then when I saw the corresponding white panel batting helmet I was like, wow this is fixed now.

Just to found later it was as you said, linked to the jersey. I think awhile ago SDS made the switch and linked the cap & helmet but it sounds like there’s some exceptions.
