Updated*** Small review of The Show 19

I went into the game only having played all the shows up to 15. I stuck with 15 because I fell in love with my franchise. I am currently on year 2023.

I rented 19 with no expectations. When I first played it, after full install, it was choppy and laggy as hell. I took a suggestion I read on here and rebuilt my ps4 database. I know some say that it won’t make a difference but it seems to have ironed out something for me.

So now I’m about 10 games into my franchise and I have to say that the batting feels kind of organic or natural. The fielding is heads and shoulders above 15 in many ways.

The soundtrack is weak but I’ve added my own music and that was easy enough.

The final thing I can say is that Dan Plesac sucks. I literally hate his announcing.

So now apparently 16 games was the mark to make my game start chugging along in the outfield and my first basemen locks onto the dugout when taking ground balls and just walks by the first base bag. I just want a game that is fixed when it comes out. Is there a way to get my money back?

I bought it. I’ll see if they patch it. I know inf the whole scheme of things it really doesn’t matter. It is just a game and has no real bearing on life.
