not sure what this means? Is it too bad? I feel like this year i have a lot of good timing hits and the ball goes nowhere, especially for homeruns.

Yet zone hitting, i cant get a good zone hitter out with a breaking pitch unless its a swing/miss in middle of the plate cuz they foul infinite number of pitches off the strike zone which i think needs a nerf.

Should not be able to foul a ball into the dirt with poor timing

I think its set up that way purposely, so that user skill is less of an influence than attribute ratings. the best way to play online is find a community of 29 other like-minded individuals you can trust to play your ''right'' way. easier said than done but once you do, your online experience will be ****tonne better

and No I use Zone. I could honestly give a rats *** what anyone uses. because ei will win 80% of my games regardless.....

To stay on topic, I use directional for the sake of my sanity, and it's what I am used too. Recently I decided to use dynamic difficulty to up the toughness, and for me it works. To each their own, and more importantly no reason to get upset over preference.

In diamond dynasty where the ratings get inflated, it makes it nearly impossible to throw in the zone. Its just frustrating to get people down 0-2 and they are all over the place and then end up hitting a waste pitch for hr thats out of the zone. Esp when they just power swing all game. I get it, but online is more for user vs user skill, itd be like using Auto Aim in on an online shooter.

Side note...used to play franchise online with people that use same settings, now we cant.
