My game randomly uninstalled itself

I was about to do some game recordings, so I closed the application and disabled HDCP. After that, I noticed the icon wasn't available on the home screen. I put my PS4 in rest mode and woke it back up, then I see the thing where the disc is re-installing the game.

This has never happened before to me, for any title. For the life of me, I cannot explain what just happened. Anyone have a clue?

When not playing the Show. I’m binge watching all 122 episodes of Lost ATM. Makes perfect sense to me

I would check for any corrupted content on the hard drive, and then rebuild your database.
