Do Cityscape Cutscenes Still Exist?

I’ve played only a handful of exhibition games so far, but I haven’t observed any of the cityscape scenes that had been in the past couple years. Can anyone confirm if they are still there?

I'm gonna say no. they used to be in like the 3rd & 8th inning but they're not there anymore
