Does anyone know the difference between swing type?

So I've had this problem for a few iterations of the Show. When tinkering with my batting stance in the edit player function there's an option under animations that says "Swing Type." I understand the difference between one and two-handed but differing style 1, style 2, etc doesn't give me enough information. Are some of these swings better for power hitters? Do others work better with contact? Which one is a slap style swing? Do one of these swing types represent the new revolution with launch angle?



Any clarification would be great because I feel like some of my hitters aren't playing the way they should. I have a few power guys that can't hit homers while some contact guys smoke the ball consistently. I'd imagine swing type might be effecting how effective the swings are.

Everything in there is purely cosmetic, to my knowledge. It shouldn't affect your ability to hit the long ball.

I'm going off memory from a previous year's version, but I believe the first one is standard, one may look more uppercut-ish and one has a slap look.
