Runner Advancing on Balls in the Dirt Too High?

I am still seeing too many runners trying to advance on balls in the dirt. If there is a runner on base, I am to the point that I am afraid to throw a ball in the dirt because even if the ball is blocked in front of catcher the CPU tries to take the base.

I think the blocking this year is improved as there are not as many balls in dirt far away from the catcher. But it seems the CPU wants to try and advance on almost every ball in the dirt regardless of speed. I don't know statistically how many such attempts/game there are, but there seems to be too many. Are others seeing this?

I haven't had any issues with this. I have seen them run when they should and stay when they should.

Are they speedy runners on base or runners with high baserunning aggressiveness? Maybe that is affecting it. Or are your running sliders turned up?

It's definitely better this year, but I agree that they advance too often on balls in the dirt. My issue is that they seem to know how far the ball is going to get away from the catcher the moment its not caught cleanly. Myself, and in real life, the runner must take a split second to see just where the ball is going from the catcher. The AI doesn't seem to take a split second to make a decision, as they instantly know.

I've reported it in the bugs section on the ShowNation forums. Hope it gets looked at.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I've seen it with fast runners and really slow runners. No pattern.
