Rtts in between at bat sim screen

How do I get rid of the screen that opens after each at bat where you hear the umpire and it’s simming until your next at bat? I don’t EVER want this. I want to play just like MLB 17 The show. You have your AB. When done it goes to your next AB. No simming.

I know there’s the watch game or sim option on screen but this don’t work in that it always goes to the sim screen after your first AB.

I don’t want this sim screen ever. I just want to play like in 17 the show.

There's no way to set the "sim to next appearance" to trigger at the game start - you have to press triangle once per game for that.

It's not the most ideal solution, but you can press circle on the sim screen to make the at-bats fly by very quickly before that first appearance.

I know you can do it after the first at bat but why they decided to add that so that you have to do it at least once is one of the stupidest things I've seen. Sure it's only a minor annoyance but since it wasn't in the game the last few years at least and now it is, it's the one thing that wasn't broken that they went and broke, it makes no sense.

Agree. It's so annoying to me that I'm not going to play anymore. There's absolutely no need for it. I guess I like 17 the show way better then 18 and 19. This and how they got rid of letting me decide where to spend training points.

Once per series when it pops up. Just hit the quick sim option (O or X). It won't go through each at bat but will speed to your first appearance. Hit play appearance. Once on the game, as it is transitioning after your appearance, hit triangle. Prompt is in the lower right corner of the screen.

Only have to do it once per series. It's annoying but doesn't take more than 30-60 seconds to get to the game.

It is annoying though either way. I am also a shortstop in mine. So if you are a pitcher, that may explain the difference we are seeing.

To add I also have all fielding opportunities on as well. Not sure if that will make a difference either.

I am a left fielder. I only do my at bats. Skip all base running and fielding. You can’t tap a button or trigger to steal like in the past so I don’t run. Now you steal as soon as you tap. Not on pitchers delivery.

I’ll try it again. The once per series hopefully will work.
