1. I use

2. All Teams set to manual control

3. Started New Franchise using FM19 25 Man Roster

4. Choose Spring Training

5. Simmed Wk1 No Transactions

6. Simmed to One game short of Regular Season No Transactions

7. Advanced to Regular Season

8. Go to Transactions > 145 Transactions

9. CPU auto promotes and demotes players randomly in Minors.

10. 32 Warnings in bottom left

11. Only can clear one teams Warning

How do i clear other warnings?
How do i stop CPU promotions?

12. Simmed Wk1 No Transactions

13. Simmed to Wk2 All teams have Invalid Lineups in AA

Why is this occuring?

14. Choose Auto Fix All

15. Simmed to All Star Game No Transactions

16. Simmed to End of Season No Transactions All went well

17. Post Season was Simmed All went well.

18. Season 2 is bound to be Confusing with all that Arbitration Salaries etc.

I m a big fan of franchise mode offline in sim mode.

I really do not understand how you can handle 30 teams.

I mean how technically does it work ? because ultimately i want to manage only my team

It's actually a lot simpler than it seems. You set up two profiles. One is you, so when you pick your team, you cycle to that profile. Then, with your other profile, you pick the remaining 29 teams.

Set everything to auto for the 29 teams, and set yourself up to manual.

This allows you to reverse any of the ridiculous trades that inevitably occur, to fix any of the boneheaded CPU roster decisions (ie. 10 relievers), or to call up any prospects that you deem worthy for those teams.

You can do as much, or as little as you please, but you have the opportunity to make those decisions.

There's a pretty good thread here somewhere that explains how to set it all up, and it's super easy to set up. Definitely worth it.

Since I am quite mental

I set all the teams lineups to exact same for either DH or no DH
so only 9th position changes
then click through each team till they all are perfectly organized
set rotations and your good to go
i only have one profile
All set to manual so the CPU cant change a thing to MLB rosters
No injuries
If were in heaven and everyone stays healthy no one wants to play ****e
backups.
Then Save called MLB19 , MLBPre, MLBTest
upload MLB19 to cloud for backup
Remember it's a game it can never be perfectly realistic

I've just started Franchise mode for the first time and have taken control of one team, but set all operations to auto, at least for now. I have simmed to mid April, but no injuries or transactions have occurred. Is there some slider or other switch that needs to be changed to get things going?

Injuries could be a game setting or a franchise creation setting and trades are a franchise creation setting.

Thanks for the tip! Starting a new Franchise with attention to settings did the trick.
