Speed burst while fielding.

Anyone know how to make fielders sprint faster? I thought it was push down on the left analog stick but not sure now. It’s really the only thing I’m struggling with this year. Love the game so any feedback would be great! Thanks

I didnt think there was a speed burst , cant say for sure since I auto-field

that is all fielding and reaction that will determine the speed of the fielder.

If you have correct route to the ball, you will get to it IF you have decent fielding and reaction.

There is no speed burst in the game.

I’m reading that thread listening to Genesis “Land of Confusion”.

Is this feature exists for real ? I probably ran to the corner store few minutes before they showcase that in one of their Twitch.

However, my pitcher did just have to come out of the game with a stiff arm....

you got to stop mollycoddling these guys , tell'em ''rub some dirt on it kid & get back out there'' . 90% of TJS are unnecessary , these fancy doctors with there fancy degrees just want more customers to buy what they're peddling so they can afford a fourth Beemer with a Jacuzzi in it . if you wanna give your money away , give it to a nurse . Oh, and does anybody know how I can make my batter speed burst to first on dropped third strike?

I heard next year in DD you collect coins as you run the bases. Mario style. 100 coins and you get an extra out. There will also be power-ups mixed in on the bases and in the field... IF you can get to them in time. That's where the speed bursts will come in.

What I want Sony to add is opposite of speed burst. I want to be able to dodge beanballs super slo-mo Bullet-time Matrix style with a somersault flip
