    That is all dependant on what the count is, who is at bat, and the pitcher. I've found that later in the count you're likely to see a high FB than at the start of the AB. But early in the count you'll see more low fastballs (but that also is based on who's pitching).

    Your best bet is to base it off of previous ABs and what you've been thrown...

      There is no simple answer to that question. It is highly dependent on a litany of factors.

      It's good that you're using the community as a resource, after all that's what the forums are for, but in some situations it's better to find your own answers.

      In a situation like this, where you're asking a generalistic "wide brush" question to a problem that has highly specific and situational answers, any answers you do get will be just as likely to be harmful as helpful, even if it is good advice.
