As annoying as threads bashing the game can be, what you do isn't any better. It is actually worse. I am all for humor, but, dismissing people who have legitimate complaints isn't funny. Maybe the OP will get the answer to his issue. Maybe others will agree it is a problem. Maybe they won't.




It is also hilarious that you admit there are various topics which means they aren't all the same. Hmmm...seems like a forum is a good place to discuss these various issues......

Yes, yes I did. I also did not white knight anybody. I was not defending a single person. I was however using a text and language tool called sarcasm to point out that we already have several threads about this topic going on at once and that not every single thought needs its own thread or topic as we have such pinned at the very top of the forum for ongoing discussions of just this topic. Such as the Impression Thread. Your straw man arguments are cute though and was mildly entertaining so thanks for that. Other than that I see no real point to your arguments either. But in this day and age I have gotten quite used to the entitlement and self importance most on the internet seem to have. But here is your participation trophy

I am glad I am not a mod anymore either. Dealing with the usual crowd on here is enough to make anybody drink. Then you add in all of the faux outrage crowd and the hey Im gonna start 6 threads for every idea I have crowd. People wonder why the Devs don't post on here anymore or infrequently. All folks have to do is look at the dumpster fire this site has become. Yeah probably, Im not helping matters, but hey a good dumpster fire needs some gas to burn it all to the ground.

Not enough ppl posting here for it to be a dumpster fire. lol The site has lost alot of participation. And honestly.... I never really cared if someone started 6 threads for 1 subject. Big deal. Take it or leave it.... post in whatever thread you want. And if I was "dealing with the usual crowd on here is enough to make anybody drink"... I personally wouldn't come around. I don't generally leap into these conversations and like to come in and out of here for information and to offer some information to someone who might be looking for something as well. Trading information. But... since I"m in it - There is way to much condescending crap that goes on here. People being treated less because they haven't been a member of the site for 10 years. People being ridiculed because they have a complaint about the game. People being ridiculed for asking a question because it was answered 100 times in another thread. Straight up rudeness with "this is not the thread for this" remarks instead of offering some information, answering the question, or posting the link. I personally think the participation here is as low as I've ever seen because of it....and I'm not a "newbie" or whatever you call people who wander through now. Been coming here over a decade and stopped coming in here as much a couple years ago because of time constraints. There is still some great information here and some great folks.... but there are also some who think they are a little better and who think if someone doesn't agree with their opinion of this game they are stupid.

You know I love you bro, but the devs don't post here anymore for a few reasons:

1. They have their own forum.
2. They posted here when they were a smaller company marketing their game. The Show is the only baseball game on PS4 now. They no longer need to market it like they used to.
3. They get enough criticism at their own forum to have to come here and police things here too.
4. They know OS is filled with franchise folk and, well, franchise hasn't really been their focus for the last 4 years.
