Correcting BABIP

I'm about a month and a half into my franchise and my Twins are doing terribly. I play every pitch of every game so I can be fine with blaming myself for that, and I'm fine with being a subpar team. I went in and calculated BABIP for a few of my struggling hitters to see if I was crazy and sure enough all four guys were under .240 in BABIP.

My actual question is should I wait and give it more time, or is there something anybody has had success with trying to fix hitting everything right at a fielder?

are you using default sliders? what difficulty level hitting are you using?

I'm on HOF with my own slider set that I brought over from 18.

The game actually plays really well, I have no complaints as every at bat feels natural and I have an average ammount of hits per game. I do have 1 hitter over .300, so difficulty-wise I'm not worried (His BABIP is like .310)

I'm more curious if theres anything you guys do mechanically to break a streak of for lack of a better term, bad luck.

I guess the more important question is what is your team Babip? Obviously it will probably low just because of those four guys.. but still important info.

What are your fielder reaction and speed sliders set at? Most people have this set too high, resulting in low team babip. And on top of that, if they aren't striking out much as a team, more balls are put in play each game, bringing hits per game (and batting average) up to normal, while babip stays too low.

As far as mechanically, it would help to know what hitting interface you are using to get a better idea.

There may be others who see close to .300 Babip otherwise, but to me lowering fielding sliders has been by far the most effective way to get realistic Babip, and the best looking animations/gameplay so that fielders don't gobble up too many balls in play.
