The show19 player progression

Hi everyone sorry if this has been answered but can someone plz tell me when players progress in offline franchise mode??? I know their ratings will go up or down based on hot or cold streaks or from morale, but when do they progress from actual gameplay during the season?? Also and as important but do your minor leaguers ratings increase or decrease? Can you move a prospect up the ranks and watch him evolve into an allstar?? Thank you again!!

I just got past the first month of the season and my players just started showing progression and some regression as well.

I’m going to guess its monthly.

Yes but is this from hot cold streaks and morale? What about minor league players

At the beginning of each month is when you'll see most growth/regression. But there is still a little that happens in the middle of the month from time to time. The biggest factor in progression other than age is performance.
