Do younger, high potential pitching prospects ever improve their pitch break attribute or am I going to be stuck with their initial rating?

I’ve seen it improve slightly, but not by a significant amount.

But that’s the overall break rating. I’ve never looked at individual pitch attributes to see if a breaking ball improves by 10 and the other stay stagnant, resulting in a 2-point overall increase. Or if the break improves a tiny amount for all pitches, which has minimal impact.

I have never seen break or velocity improve at all. I don't believe they even effect pitchers overall rating either.

Yup. im seeing zero improvements to their break attribute. What's going to happen in you franchise is you'll rarely see any pitcher with a break attribute over 70. I did some testing on this. Perhaps custom rosters should have a higher break attribute from the start?
