Re: Does the CPU know when I guess pitch location?
My question here, is does it carry over from game to game, if I am always guessing low fastball and I rip the CPU who are playing as the Braves. i then play the Cubs, does the CPU avoid low fastballs as the Cubs. In my experience the answer is yes.
I guess you have to take it as the Cubs scouted me and saw what I was doing, but still feels silly to me, I am basically still playing the same CPU opponent it's just using a different team.
Thanks for posting I never saw that before but confirms everything I have been speculating for a few years now.Comment

Re: Does the CPU know when I guess pitch location?
I don't think the CPU should get specific feedback on if I guessed or not.
In real life, how does a pitcher know if a batter was sitting on something, or if they just reacted and got a good swing on it?
Similarly, in the game when I am pitching, I don't believe there is anything to let ME know if the CPU was sitting on a certain area. it just shows me in the little box what TYPE of contact they made, but it doesn't say that they were sitting on a particular pitch.Comment
