    NL Pitching vs AL Pitching

Hey guys I wanted to get your opinion on this.

I’ve been playing The Show for a long time and I always felt when it comes to Franchise Mode that the pitching on the NL side is nastier, harder and poses more of a challenge, especially when you play with teams like the 2019 Marlins that not necessarily have a potent offense.

It seems like every time you “go out there” you face a SP and Bullpen guys with high velocity fastballs and nasty sliders and curveballs.

What do you guys think? Am I right or not??

I'm partial to NL ball but I'm gonna play devils advocate here. NL pitchers should have a little extra "oomph" built up. they get to take a breather every 9 batters (excluding interleague).
AL pitchers have to stay on their toes with no break facing a DH

but srsly, it would be interesting to see what the average break velocity and control is on evey pitch AL vs NL

I think the AL is harder to hit in at times because if a dominant arm comes in he is not due to be replaced because of a pinch hit.

On the other side, NL pitchers can dance around your 6-7-8 guys early on in the game.
