    how do you all handle real life trades

    what do you all do with your franchise you are playing....Like I am the mariners. Do you mimick what they are doing in real life or do you play your franchise how you want to do it and keep Bruce and Encarnacion?

      I personally play my franchises as its own universe. I will override unfair trades, but I will let what trades I think are legit stand. Every player is fair game to every team.
      Really wish sports games played to ratings!
      Only thing SIM about sports games now, are the team name and players

      MLB 23 FOREVER 20 is better, 23 just for Guardians
      Madden get rid of the extras (SS/XF, HFA, media, scenarios, game plan) or turn them down considerably.

          Once I hit start new franchise, that universe is instantly my own. I do not attempt to mimic real life. It would drive me crazy even trying to.

              I used to do that about 15 years ago with NBA Live and those rosters aren't nearly the size of an MLB Show roster, and doing Live that way was difficult, no way I'd do it with the Show. plus, since you have an incomplete roster in the Show versus an organisation IRL, almost impossible to do once you start working on player-for-prospects type trade. I dont even veto outlandish trades; let the chips fall where they may

                      This, after I hit the start button for Opening Day, everything from there on out is up to the CPU.

                          It’s my own fantasy world. I even still have Ike Davis on the Mets lol. I started with 14’s default roster.

                              I do mimic real life transactions but I also let everything else play out as it happens. I dont reverse trades the CPU makes with other CPU teams
