"Alternate Throwbacks" in The Show 2020

Some of the throwback uniforms that are in the show are missing their alternate counterparts. Can SCEA add those next seson?



I.E. :


Pittsburgh Pirates 1979 Black Tops/Yellow Pants that way all of their 1979 uniform combinations will be in the game.

2007 Colorado Rockies Black sleeved uniforms


1998 San Diego Padres Navy Top

I completely agree... in some cases the alternates for a team are the standout (either the best looking or most used).

I think it comes down to jerseys using up a ton of memory, at least that is what the developers have said in the past.

I’d also like them not to remove uniforms when a team gets new ones. Madden keeps them for instance.

I don't why SCEA doesn't add the 79 Pirates Black Top/Yellow Pants as they have two slots for the Yellow Tops/Black pants already in the game.


SCEA needs to eliminate the 1989 Indians uniforms as they have the wrong caps (political correctness). The cap they have for the 89 Indians is for the 1980-1985 set. SCEA should add the Indians 1980-1985 Home/Away/Alternate tops.


SCEA should eliminate the ugly 2006 Blue Jays "Black Jays" sets and add the 1997-2002 Alternate Blue top with Red Bill cap and the 1994-1996 Alternate Blue top.


The 1902 Cubs set has to go and be replaced with either the 1978 set or 1994 set.


SCEA added the 2002-2012 Astros Home/Away but omits the Brick Red Alternatates and the Solid White afternoon home set with the Brick Red cap. They should add the 1994-1999 Home/Away/Alternates & Alternate cap.


For some reason SCEA will never put in the popular 1982 Brewers Home/Away. They need to be in as do the 1994 Home/Away/Alternate set.
