Audio Unlockables

Great idea, and I love them. BUT, they need to get rid of "override" and make them home and away. I like the priority for some of them, but hearing my HR calls and last 3 outs in a visitor stadium is insulting to me and the home team.

It is a cumbersome task to delete the audio files when you go on the road and then reinstall them for home games. Just for the sake of some authenticity.

The reason they are set up this way is because, aside from MLB Network games, Theme 1 and Theme 2 are viewed as being your broadcasting team/television station. So in that regard I don't mind the HR calls being the way they are currently.

However, I haven't messed with any other sounds, so I wasn't sure if those played regardless if you were the home team or not. If they are, then hopefully next year they will make it so those sounds are only played when the user is the home team.

I do know that SDS is planning on expanding upon this feature for next year, not sure if home/away will be included in that expansion or not.

I really wish it was easier to get these items. I have had dozens of packs, and have checked the market, and have never seen several of them. They should make a quick buy option for these type of items, or allow you to just purchase them outright.

I'm curious if the people that are using the unlockable sounds have ever used custom Sounds of The Show audio files from the data packs found here at Operation Sports. Other than the fact that it takes a great deal of time to get the SOTS incorporated properly for every team and for all 3 themes, the game is a million times better than default once you get it all set up.

I'm curious if the people that are using the unlockable sounds have ever used custom Sounds of The Show audio files from the data packs found here at Operation Sports. Other than the fact that it takes a great deal of time to get the SOTS incorporated properly for every team and for all 3 themes, the game is a million times better than default once you get it all set up.

Do they have sound effects in those packs too? I thought it was just music

The packs are mainly music clips for batter walkups, inning changes etc... , but there are some venders, hecklers, HR sirens, ambient sounds like sirens from police, airplanes, organs etc. in there too. For the most part every team has something different. Once you get it all set up it really makes the ballparks come alive and I love hearing the correct song clips for the players even though I don't like certain types of music. It's almost like you're really there. It took me 3 days a couple of hours a day to get it all set up for every team even though I'll probably never hear half of them, but your mileage may vary.

"Sandstorm" would be a good addition for SOTS. I've heard it played at Atlanta games.

Sorry for a question that probably has been answered a thousand times.

Is there way to to remove the Fan Chants from a Home Team? Let's say for example Miami Marlins. The fans chant Miami in haunting tone like every inning, it gets old. Is there a way to remove this and how.
