MLB 19: Playoff Atmosphere non-existent??

I just played my first franchise playoff game in MLB 19: The Show after buying a PS4 last week (was rolling with just my Xbox One and PS3 until then). As someone that played PS3 Show games, the most noticeable difference to me was the fact that there were no rally towels in the ‘19 game’s Playoff game, while the PS3 Era games thrived in the aspect of playoff atmosphere.
Was this just a glitch for me or does this happen to everyone? If that is just how horribly Sony made the game, has their been outcry about it or am the only one that was really bothered by this? It really is a shame that franchise mode hasn’t been re-done in my 10 years of playing the game but NOW it’s even going backwards. Pathetic.

Me and a buddy were just talking about the complete lack of presentation in this game. No crowd noise, the I broke the hits record but because it was a home run that's all they talked about.. kind of a joke

I reached the playoffs in 18 and there were certainly rally towels in those games, atmosphere was electric as well. Can't speak for 19 but I'd be surprised to see it change.

Rally towels are still there. Just played a playoff game last night and they were whipping them around with all their might for 9 of the 11 innings. Apparently they needed a break for innings 2 and 4.

Rally towels are still there. Just played a playoff game last night and they were whipping them around with all their might for 9 of the 11 innings. Apparently they needed a break for innings 2 and 4.

Hmm that's interesting because I started a whole new franchise save today after doing a hard restart to my console and played a Wild Card, NLDS, and WS game (so 1 each but not NLCS) and didn't get the rally towels in any of the 3 games.
With both the games and consoles being mass-produced, it's hard to imagine just my disk/console having this issue but that seems to be exactly the case since they work for you.

Is there ANYONE else that can never get a playoff atmosphere or is it really just me..
