    I do as needed, but as others have said, I make sure they have the skills to play the position. As an example: I had Ahmed Rosario go down for 2 months. Hechavaria was filling in but not hitting too well. Andres Giminez was lighting it up in AAA so I called him up. Hes continued his hot streak at the MLB level. When Rosario gets back I may move him to 2B(if I trade Cano).
