Scouting
Efficiency - how quickly they can scout a player for you. The higher the efficiency the more players they can scout before the June Amateur Draft.
Discovery - The higher this rating the more prospects they can discover on each trip you set them up for.
Pitchers - The higher this rating the better their accuracy will be on pitchers.
Position Players - see above.
