Profile Deleted?

So, I played a game of franchise a couple of days ago, got eliminated from the playoffs, and the game autosaved as normal. I closed the app and was done playing for the night.

The next day, something weird happened. I booted up the game and it asked for my favorite team, and my user settings were gone.

My franchise was still there, all of my franchises were still there, but my settings are gone, along with all of my Sounds of the Show files...

What happned? Does anyone know how to fix this?

It's happened to me before, losing my profile settings. I can't speak for losing the sounds of the show settings since I usually don't both tweaking them, but I wish I could tell you what I did for my settings to be reset. But it wasn't obvious. I think it had something to do with starting up a new franchise and the profile settings I used for my RTTS games were all reset. But what I can't explain is that I swap back and forth between franchise and RTTS save files these days and the profile settings are fine. Queue the Twilight Zone theme song right about now. :/

It's happened to me before, losing my profile settings. I can't speak for losing the sounds of the show settings, but I wish I could tell you what I did for my settings to be reset, but it wasn't obvious.

I also uploaded my franchise save to the cloud after the game, do you think this could have anything to do with it?
