Ok does this also include veterans though, so players that missed all of last year and were in the minors. but hadn't played since 2018... in the past these players would turn fake if you were doing year to year saves. and were not allowed in the game. are they classed as minors too if they have service time? or is this just for players without service time?

One of my the show day 1 tasks is always trying to figure out who those guys are based on their stats page and re-renaming them.

I think next weeks stream is gonna have a roster preview. Maybe we can see if there are any players on rosters that missed last year with service time.

I wonder if this has anything to do with today's announcement minor leaguers will get anywhere from 38% up to 72% raise in 2021.

Yes. As long as they’re signed to a minor league contract, they’re a minor league player. Age, veteran status, etc doesn’t impact it. As long as they’re under contract with a minor league organization, their rights are covered.

Michael Kopech was a facescan they showed in the stream. He debuted in 2018 and missed all of last year with an injury.

Yes but he was on the IR all of last year. This was always for players that played a few minor league games but missed the whole year

Take a look at the year Zach Wheeler wasn’t in the game.
