Just from watching video trailers only two new sets are in Mets 2000 Black Home Alternate and Away and the 1969 Chicago White Sox powder blue set. If they added the 69 White Sox, ditch the 72 set in favor of the 83 set or a 1977 monochrome White/monochrome Navy set to Mix N Match.


On MLB 09 and MLB 10 they had the amazing 1990 Nolan Ryan Texas Rangers sets but those were dumped in 11. MLB 09 also had the 1993-96 Marlins Teal Alternate top. In 11 it was replaced.


MLB 18 added the 1989 "Major League" Cleveland Indians set only to be butchered in 19 sans Chief Wahoo. For 20 just replace the 89 set with the 1980 set or add the White 1976 Indians home tops as the Navy and Red tops are already in.

In one of the videos, a real image of a Marlins player in the 1997 sleeveless uniforms with black sleeves was on the select screen. I'm guessing those will be in.

dont subtract from 19, just add. I remember in 18 I missed the Giants 1950s NY home uni's which they had in 17. They brought it back for 19.

The more jerseys the better IMO. But as an A’s fan, all I want is the 1985 pull over green tops and I’d be a happy camper. But the more throwbacks the better!!

They have to have some data on what uniforms are being used (or could easily get). Personally I hate ALL the early 20th century stuff ... it's a gimmick that I might use for one game over a 162 game season and then I regret it as soon as I select it.

Just the 2 that were announced, since there is no “little things stream” we probably won’t know what’s added until release. Or if someone gets the game prior to 03/13 and posts a video.

Watching the Live Stream and they showed Craig Biggio as a legend and he's wearing the 1999 Astros Navy Alternate Top! Hopefully the 1994 Home & Away is also in!

Did they look good... or kinda off? Maybe it’s just me but Nike sure does make it hard to wanna use any jerseys that aren’t Nike in video games anymore (fifa not included thankfully)

Man I just saw the biggie reveal. I really hope they added the home and away. Also the Astros brick red alternate from their first World Series run.

The Al Leiter legend reveal shows the Mets black jersey now with the all black cap. Previous videos showed it with the black + blue brim cap.

Also, can they replace the uniforms from the early 20th century that nobody remembers? Take the Giants, for example. I'm sure many of us remember the likes of Will Clark, Matt Williams, Scott Garrelts, and Kevin Mitchell. So put the 1983 jerseys in (They were still wearing them in '87 and '89), instead of some jersey from 1917 that nobody cares about.

Or the Cubs. Perhaps we could get the powder blue jerseys from the late 70s or early 80s, or the "Cuba" jerseys they wore from '94 to '96 instead of the plain grey and plain white uniforms they wore in like 1903.

Same with stadiums. I'd rather see Three Rivers Stadium and the Astrodome instead of Forbes Field.

Speak for yourself. Some of us like having the real old uniforms in the game. Who cares if no one alive today ever saw our respective teams play in these uniforms. One thing that sets baseball apart is its history.

For awhile now, I've had the same three throwback uniform requests. I'm hoping at least one or two of them can make it into the game soon.
