just to make it clear from the sounds of it. its a Season Long league, so IF that is the case. once the season you make is done, then you would have to start a new league.

Hard to say, the front tile of the mode says muti-season. Seems conflicting if that is the case.

Yeah it’s a bit confusing. If you just watched the video you’d assume this is just a single season mode. But the description on the tile def says go through multiple seasons with your friends. So you just start over with the same rosters?

Says can use up to 30 teams. Guess the question is do they all have to be user controlled?

Maybe it's a multi-season mode, rosters (with any trades made during the season; unless DD squads are used) carry over to a 'new' season (with the same house rules). However, this makes me wonder if there is NO player progression/regression, bc if there's no free agency or player draft, then no new players coming into the custom league.

Either way, we'll find out things on Thursday. Can't wait!

Without custom rosters, I won't find any use for this one.

Will we be forced to play 162 game seasons? I don't see that being feasible for many people, especially with friends.

You can select how many games per series which will be multiplied by the amount of other teams in the league.

So if you had a 30 team league, the smallest season length would be 29 games.

At least, this is how I understand it....

The setup is basically the same as we had before so it will be easy to configure. The big question is the CPU player. This will make or break the mode imo.

Great start honestly to online leagues.

Some must have additions I can think of right off the bat for future releases:

Custom teams
Custom rosters
Front office moves beyond trades

Based on the first round of the bracket, it looks like there is only one user team (Toronto) based off of the screen name below the logo.

I'm assuming this means you can have teams set to CPU or EVERY team would have a screen name below them.

Unless it only displays the users that are currently online?

That says there is one user online. Not just one user in the league. I hope you are right though. Without CPU controlled teams as a possibility then I will never touch the new mode.
