Create-a-stadium not announced for 20

As the topic states, I realize that although they decided to throw in a “rebrand” feature this year, it doesn’t seem that we’ll be getting CAS feature.

That’s a bummer, at least for someone like me who’d like to keep it as realistic as possible. I don’t want to create a team, only to have to have the logos of the other actual team in the stadium.

Anyways that just my opinion, I’m sure other people will love it, which is great. Another step in the right direction, I suppose!

My question is, just because it wasn’t brought up in the twitch stream, does that mean that CAS definitely won’t be a feature? Could it be a surprise that we see in the game that wasn’t told to us?

More than likely wishful thinking, but just wanted to know if their was a chance! Looking forward to picking this up on the 12th at 9PM!!

I think I would rebrand a team and play in Texas new stadium, from some photos I saw here, the stadium has very little Texas logo around it.

Pretty much no chance that’s in this year. CAS would be a major addition to the game, not a nice little surprise type of thing people would find at launch. It would probably be the big new thing for that year’s game. Wouldn’t make much sense for SDS to hide it for the release. People would be pretty excited about it being announced.

They hyped-up a purely cosmetic rebranding feature as a major addition.

A CAS feature would be much bigger deal....that would be a back-of-the-box feature that they would have been hyping for weeks (if not months).

Unlikely the ps4 can accommodate a file that size.

CAS wont be in until MLB 23 at the earliest. Im calling it now.

I bet this is on PS5, and once again will benefit Diamond Dynasty. Franchise will continue to be neglected as all of their resources will likely be used on this to add to Diamond Dynasty. Given, they'll probably copy-and-paste it over to franchise the same way they try to sell, "rebranding," to us franchise users in MLB 20.

Franchise is slowly fading out because MTO is working to take over as the "Franchise" mode you can see it already in this new version of MTO with trades and stuff being added.

generally speaking, I dont believe DD'ers will want to spend time outside of actually playing the game than creating a stadium, unless it can be done quickly. a baseball stadium can have so many variations, be a bit more complicated than creating an arena and court for basketball or a football stadium and gridiron. again, generally speaking, and w/a very broad brush.
