Always a day 1 buy for me! I’ll be picking up the anniversary edition on Thursday at 9PM from my local GameStop. Can’t wait!

Im definitely getting The Show 20. But man... after watching gameplay footage it looks like the same game as 16,17,18,19 with the same commentary, same feel, same animations, same TV broadcast etc...just with new rules, new Unis, Roster updates, a new ballpark... ugh!

Im getting 20 and not getting any other Show title until some BIG changes are made in the future.

I'm undecided.......currently.

I know i'm going to buy it at some point, i always do, but this year i did not preorder.
Still loving '19. I don't play online, DD, moments or any other modes.
I just play franchise with classic rosters.

Currently not convinced that '20 has enough changes compared to '19.

One major thing for me : how is the framerate. I did not like it in '19, as i think it got worse compared to '18.
So, i will read this forum, see all the reactions and may pick it up later.

I’m passing based on what I’ve seen so far. I play RTTS and it doesn’t seem that different from what I can gather. I’ll play 19 if I get the itch.

One major thing for me : how is the framerate. I did not like it in '19, as i think it got worse compared to '18.

I am on the fence for the same reason as well. The amount of frame rate stutter on The Show 20 BETA has me worried this won't be fixed until new consoles are launched.

Not worth throwing away $60 on a video game that isn't even playable at times when the framerate gets out of hand.

I'll be out of town this week/end, so no point in pre-ordering and getting early access for me. I managed to take a good month-long break from MLB 19, so I am starting to get the itch to play The Show again, and will be ready to go a week from Tuesday with 20.

Where are all of the pure gameplay videos this year? I'm not able to lurk the forum as much as I could in the past, but it just seems like there's nothing for me to base my decision off of.

I just want some innings of a regular baseball game.

Adding real minors is monumental, especially considering they engaged the community and a qualified expert. not enough credit being given to STS for this shift. this represents an incredible upgrade. given the work/detail involved, it easily justifies the upgrade for Franchise players. $60 is 12 cups of coffee at Starbucks for heaven's sake. if you want to make-up some fictional jerseys or stadiums or players, then go make your own game. I want something with a basis in reality, and this will be amazing.
