but was that a frustration flip on an out ? I really dont want to see old-timers like Mantle doing moose ears and goofy stuff at first-base every time he gets a 2 out single in the 8th inning of a 10-2 loss. I wish those celebrations had an off button.

He was pissed when he made an out. He would throw his bat and helmet at times. Never on a home run.

Mantle was one of my favorite players as a kid.  It's a shame he couldn't beat the alcohol. Similar to what happened to Hack Wilson.  

Good to see the Show honor his legend.

Love the legends that are offered this year Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays are among my favorites growing up. To go a step further it be cool to add some quirkiness for instance Willie Mays has his basket catch and I would love to see it in the game also Mickey Mantle occasionally would blow bubbles with his bubble gum out in center field I don't want him doing it every time he's out there but once in awhile would be mind blowing to see. Just my two cents
