so i realize we probably wouldnt use it as much as in real life but i believe it was 6 mound visits last year and i also thought it was adjusted once again( maybe 5?) not sure or else it is still the same but i know its not a big of a deal as all of the other rules they got in this year was just curious..i was thinking of how even in real life with the new 3 batter minimum rule if the mound visit stategy managers use will be thought out any differently as far as when to implore it knowing pitchers cant come in for 3 batters if still in the same inning or things like that..just curious

In manage mode the cpu never does mound visits. I put the odds of them correcting that at near zero and the mound rule visit limit the same.
Apparently the mound visit rule didn't do enough to speed up games so MLB has now gone to 3 batter minimum and considering runner at second base to begin an inning in extra innings. Meanwhile if they would reduce the commercials between innings it would do more to speed up games but that would impact their money.
If they make the DH universal in both leagues and introduce orange baseballs I'll know they stumbled upon a notebook from Charlie Finley.≡ -

Hey....can the 3 Batter minimum rule be disabled. I buy the show every year but this rule annoys me.
Sorry, I know this is off topic but I don’t see any mention of this anywhere and i’m Thinking it might important to others too.
