Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
One minor bug that has been in the game as long as I can remember is the pitching inning count with pitchers on the same team. It's most noticeable when you are trying to get 8 innings from a particular team to meet a mission goal.
For example, both Brewers pitchers:
Peralta: 5.1
Knebel: 2.2
This should count as 8 innings for the Brewers. It only counts as 7.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
On the Oracle Park video board, the column that displays the Giants batting order should be primarily black and orange, like this:
Spoiler
For some reason, it appears this way in Moments, but in Play Now and Franchise, the color scheme is an incorrect black and gray:
Spoiler
It was the same issue last year, where the video board was correct in Moments, but incorrect in Play Now and Franchise.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
This is actually functioning by design, as we do not use orange as a teams primary color for the UI. We flip their primary/secondary around. So SF is gray/orange instead of orange/gray. You are seeing a “correct” primary color on the Jumbotron, which is getting flipped on a team by team basis to use the secondary as primary if needed. I’m assuming Moments uses some different color setups to get their colors working. Hope that made sense? Probably not
As recently as MLB 17, the video board colors were both accurate to real-life and consistent across all modes:
Spoiler
MLB 18 is when the colors first shifted despite the video board layout/template remaining the same:
Spoiler
Like I mentioned before, 19 is when I first noticed the inconsistencies between modes.MLB: San Francisco Giants, Oakland Athletics (Sell The Damn Team, Fisher!)

I had the best average with .340, next best was .337. Only got removed from the batting title top 3 list after my injury.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
Please fix the problem with recording stats on Franchise! Just played my 6th game and threw 7 innings with Jack Flaherty with 10K’s. None of it was recorded except he got the W. No innings, no update to ERA or strikeouts were recorded. Started looking further into it and NONE of my hits or RBI’s from that game were recorded either. Makes me not want to continue on with my Franchise until this is fixed and this is mainly what I want to play on The Show. Probably won’t play until I see an update regarding this. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY!Comment

Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
I keep getting drafted by the same team no matter how good I do in the Showcase. It doesn't matter what position I play either; I keep getting picked in the 15th round number 1 by the Tigers. I know I can choose the team I want to play for but that's just not as fun for me. I reported the issue to Sony but of course nothing has come of it. I know lots of other people have had the same issue.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
Michael Lorenzen has been warming in the pen for 1.1 innings. Pitcher spot comes up. I pinch hit Lorenzen with the intention of leaving him in the game to pitch since he’s a two way player. When he takes the mound in the next half inning, he’s completely cold like he never warmed up.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 20 - Report Your Bug Here
If a base runner is doubled up after attempting to steal on a hit-and-run play - for instance with less than 2 outs a runner on first breaks for second and the batter hits a fly ball to the right fielder, who catches it and throws to first before the stealing runner can return to the base - the runner is incorrectly credited with a caught stealing in the box score (and in franchise totals after the game).
Don't have a video, but the second time this happened was in the first inning and the caught stealing appeared immediately, suggesting it must have been counted on that play.Last edited by coreyerb; 05-03-2020, 08:56 AM.Comment
