So here's the problem.

I originally set my roster to 26 man instead of 40 (like in previous years for 25 man roster), for each level except single A. When I start a franchise from regular season the cpu fills your 40man roster putting some players on waivers etc.

In years past you could set your roster to 25 man without the CPU adding players to fill your 40man. Is there anyway I can still do this? Has anyone found a workaround for this particular issue.

This is exactly what I did in past years. Set mlb, aaa and aa to 25 man from the main menu. It kept it that way when starting franchise. What I do know is it 100% does not work that way this year.

Anyone found a work around for this yet? I have Ridin's newest 26-man roster. I have tried every option as far as profiles go. I have started in Spring Training and Regular Season, and no matter what, the CPU adds 14 players to all of the 40-man rosters.

I’ve been able to get lineups to stick by doing the old method... I think the trick is

1. You have to have your 26 man roster be the exact 26 in your lineups, pitching rotation & bench

2. Make sure your Triple-A team has 26 guys

I have tested this in franchise with about 10 teams (did only 10 so it wouldn’t be a waste doing all 30 & it not work) but out of this 10 I say 6-7 teams lineups stuck while the other 3-4 lineups got changed by cpu for some reason

The main issue I am having is the players hurt before the season, (ie. Chris Sale & Cole Hamels) I am trying put them all on their single A team but some of them have already used there 3 call ups/downs so they get sent to waivers
