A few questions on how to best handle rosters in franchise mode

So, I've been working on creating 30 rosters of college baseball teams that I would like to bring into my franchise. I've always played franchise mode, but only controlled one team. So I have some questions, that hopefully somebody can help answer.

1. Once my rosters are set, I'll be moving 26 of the 35 college players onto MLB rosters. How can I keep the 29 other teams from moving college players off of their MLB rosters, and other former players onto their roster?

2. Is there a way I can stop other teams from trading, since trading of college players is not a thing?

3. When it comes time for free agency, how will I be able to prevent players from getting all mixed up? Will my franchise eventually become a jumbled mess of players after a few years?

Most of this is solved by controlling all 30 of the teams. When you have control of all teams, I recommend keeping the same user settings for each team. In mode-specific options, changing roster moves to manual stops the CPU from calling up and sending down players in your organizations.

As for the trading, just turn off cpu trading or set trades to manual in mode specific options.

And as for free agency, it would depend on how you set up the player’s service time. If all of the players on your roster all start the year with 0.000 service time, then it will take each player 6 seasons to become FA eligible.

Not exactly sure how to control all 30 teams, being I've always only played as one. It can't be too hard to figure out though.
