Fielding Difficulty

Am i missing something or is there not an option to adjust fielding difficulty like there is Batting and Pitching?

Not trying to humble brag, but i see alot of people saying how fielding is more difficult, but i've yet to make a throwing error in the 6 games ive played. I've tried both button accuracy and pure analog. Was hoping maybe i missed something obvious. TIA.

18 was the last version to have a selectable difficulty level for fielding. To be honest I don’t know how fielder difficulty is determined. It has to be tied to something, I can’t see rookie and legend playing with the same accuracy level.
