I think there should be a $20 refund for the preordered edition.Main reason I bought the pre-order was because of the full minors rosters they advertised. These rosters are not as advertised,no player likenesses,no portraits and missing prospects.Complete crap rosters.I know there will be bugs but they had plenty of time for the rosters. No excuse.

Re: Refund for preorder
One thing I noticed with the CAPS were the same faces showed up on dozens of players. One was a red head with freckles, Daniel Castano (Baltimore) showed up on probably a dozen other faces. Alejandro Mateo (Baltimore) same thing, Vincenzo Aiello, same.I think there should be a $20 refund for the preordered edition.Main reason I bought the pre-order was because of the full minors rosters they advertised. These rosters are not as advertised,no player likenesses,no portraits and missing prospects.Complete crap rosters.I know there will be bugs but they had plenty of time for the rosters. No excuse. -

Re: Refund for preorder
I agree and I already tried going to PS with a complaint but no luck. I was not even expecting faces, pictures and even likenesses! I just wanted all of the players there because that is what "Full Minors" means to me. Them acknowledging the paperwork issue doesn't excuse that they sold it as something different.I think there should be a $20 refund for the preordered edition.Main reason I bought the pre-order was because of the full minors rosters they advertised. These rosters are not as advertised,no player likenesses,no portraits and missing prospects.Complete crap rosters.I know there will be bugs but they had plenty of time for the rosters. No excuse.

Re: Refund for preorder
This is why I no longer preorder anything. Things are always released with things that are not in the game, or messed up in the game, that were used as a selling point.
These things they mentioned are used to drive sales. How many sales people out there do you believe 100% when they are trying to sell you something? They all mislead and they sure don't mention the negatives.
You won't get a refund. No one forced you to preorder.Last edited by JHodges57; 03-18-2020, 03:36 PM.Comment

Silly reply,of course no one forced me to preorder, did you not get my point and is it too much to ask for getting what is advertised. This is why I no longer preorder anything. Where did you preorder it from? I've never heard of not being able to get a refund on a preorder. I've cancelled a preorder and got my refund back before from GameStop.Atlanta Braves

Re: Refund for preorder
What money for a preorder? The $20?
The $20 wasn't a "fee" that was paid to preorder the game. You walk into a store now and the MVP addition is still $79.99, its not discounted.
The additional $20 paid wasn't for preorder or to get early, it was for the content that is included in the game, which is why its still $79.99 today just like it was Friday, when they allowed early access.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Refund for preorder
You didn't have to pay $20 to get the game early. You paid $20 to get the additional content that is included in the MVP addition. For buying the MVP addition, they granted early access to the game.
If you had to pay $20 to get the game early, then the MVP edition would be cheaper now since the "normal" release date was 3/17, but its not, because once again you didn't pay $20 to access the game early, you paid $20 for the additional content and a perk that SDS gave with choosing to purchase that version was to grant 4 day early access.
Is that hard to understand? I can write it in crayon for you if it will help.Last edited by countryboy; 03-18-2020, 06:59 PM.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
