Some players don't have portraits. Happens every year.

Yeah this doesn't make sense. Senzel was called up early on in the season but other Reds like Josh VanMeter who was a Rookie last season and even Nick Castellanos who was signed in (late Jan. I think) has a photo.

you mean a scan? maybe he decided he doesn't have time to be bothered with silly video game nonsense to go get scanned. SDS doesn't single out players who they dont deem worthy of a scan, they have sessions set up during spring training and it's incumbent on the player to make time and come in for the shoot. Trout was notorious for putting the scan off for his first few years. if Senzel has the same attitude it may be 4 or 5 years, if ever.


TLDR - it's a Nick thing, not a Sony thing

There are still some players who don't have real mugshots or updated ones after they patched some into the game. Brian Dozier for instance.

why does Lux not have audio or a face scan if he was on the disk.
why is Tommy hunter and Brett Cecil missing
why are the international imports not in the game but Ohtani was in day one

Hunter and Cecil didn’t pitch last year and for whatever reason that means they aren’t in the game anyway. Also happened with Edgar Santana, Austin Gomber and Kendall Graveman.
