    Franchise question

How do I start a season with my rosters intact? I don’t necessarily care about the lineups/rotations. I can fix those. But even with 30 man control and all manual settings, players are still being placed on waivers. How do I avoid this?

Using 30 team control do you have two profiles set up?

It is unavoidable. Even with 30 team control, when you advance to the regular season the CPU automatically changes the 26 man roster. You just have to wait the 3 waiver days and then set it back yourself.

So, just discovered that if I sim to the end of spring training and manually assign my extra 14 players to their respective leagues, my roster holds. I have to plug those players back in their lineups/rotations, but my ML roster holds and keeps everything the way I want them.

            Well, now I'm confused...

What's the best way to set up a new franchise after Ridins Rosters come out tonight so that lineups / rotations and the correct 40 man sticks at the start of the regular season. Injuries and trades the CPU can do on it's own for all I care.

I think that as long as you only have the 26 major leaguers on the 40 man for each team, the rosters will start off in tact.

You either need to simulate to the end of Spring Training and send down anyone who is not on the 26 man roster, or you will need to find a version of the roster that I imagine someone will make that only has the 26 man roster added to the 40 man roster, but then teams will only have 26 men on the 40 man.

Last day of spring training before regular season starts..you have to adjust your 26 man rosters for every team. That always worked for previous versions. I haven't tried yet this year

I had the game place both Bellinger and Betts in single A after simulating Spring Training
