4K TV telling me it doesn’t support HDR.
I just bought a 4K TV a few months ago. I’ve been playing The Show on it with HDR enabled. I took my PlayStation somewhere else and played with another setup yesterday. Today I have it hooked back up and when I go to adjust HDR it says my TV is not capable of 4K. What in the world?

More than likely you haven't turned in on within the component.
Example:
I have a Vizio TV. I have to actually go to settings...then inputs... and there's an option in (Input 2 for me) that I have to turn on "Full UHD Color." That's what allows it to utilize HDR if indeed the device being used is HDR capable. Which your PS4 is.
All TV's are different. My last 2 TVs had different terminology for turn on the HDR in each component. But if you go into your settings and into your individual input settings I'm sure you'll find it.

Re: 4K TV telling me it doesn’t support HDR.
I turned the PlayStation off and back on and it fixed it. Weird.
Also, I notice on my 4K TV that about every other inning I get one pitch that has crazy frame rate drops. It’s bizarre. Ha this a known issue?
